Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway “Flips the Switch” on the City’s newest, and most powerful solar panel project to date. Engineering’s GreenPower program trainees installed the project on Metro Transit’s bus garage roof, and it’s the next step toward the City’s goal of solar on city buildings for 2020. There will also be a check presentation, and information from the Mayor about the City’s commitment to solar, renewables and lessening the City’s carbon footprint.
