When the Common Council approved the 2016 Sanitary Sewer Rate Charges, they directed the Sewer Utility to examine a progressive residential rate structure and whether such a rate would be reasonable and not unjustly discriminatory. Consultants from Raftelis Financial present their findings of the study to the Common Council.
