Organizers of Freakfest, including Madison Police, City Traffic Engineering, Frank Productions and the Madison’s Central Business Improvement District (BID) will be on hand to discuss logistics of traffic, behavioral enforcement and the entertainment lineup for Freakfest 2018. This year’s Freakfest festivities will be held on Saturday, October 27.
