Mayor Rhodes-Conway and a representative from Public Health Madison & Dane County will meet with the local media via live stream on MediaSite Thursday morning to discuss COVID updates and other City issues. Madison’s Recycling Coordinator Bryan Johnson will report on the new Master Recycler Program and explain how to get involved. In addition, Stephen King of the City’s Engineering Division will provide an update on the Green Power program, an initiative that trains interns to install and manage solar panel projects. They are not only able to provide City facilities with additional sustainable energy but are also trained for new jobs.
