Description
The CCEC convenes in the City-County Building. Some attendees, committee members, and city staff may be participating virtually using online conferencing software. It is responsible for recommending rules and procedures to be followed by all standing committees of the Common Council and all Council meetings. It also establishes rules and guidelines for use of the Council office facilities. Such rules and procedures shall be approved by the Common Council.
